Information we collect
We collect your name, email address, billing and shipping addresses, order contents, payment status, and customer-service messages. Technical information such as IP address, browser type, request logs, and device details may be processed by hosting and security providers. Provide only information needed for your request; do not send card numbers or sensitive information through the contact form.
Your shopping-bag contents are stored in your browser’s local storage. Payment details are entered directly with PayPal and are never stored by GRACE HOME.
Why information is used
We use information to process and deliver accepted orders, communicate about purchases, respond to requests, handle returns, protect the store from misuse, meet tax and recordkeeping obligations, and maintain the website. Legal bases, where required, may include performing a contract, legitimate interests, consent, or legal obligations. We do not operate a newsletter or advertising program.
Payments
Payments are processed by PayPal under its own privacy terms. GRACE HOME receives transaction references and status, not raw card numbers or security codes. PayPal may process information for fraud prevention and legal obligations.
Service providers & disclosures
Our hosting, payment (PayPal), email, and delivery providers receive only the information needed to perform their services. Details may also be disclosed where required by law, to protect legal rights, or during a business transfer subject to applicable protections.
Cookies, local storage & analytics
The store uses local storage to remember your bag. You can clear it using your browser’s site-data settings or remove items from the bag. We do not use analytics or advertising tracking. Hosting services may create technical logs. Browser privacy settings may limit some features.
Retention & security
Order records are kept for fulfillment, returns, tax, accounting, and legal needs. Support messages are retained only as long as needed for the request and legitimate recordkeeping. The store uses HTTPS, restricted access, and protected credentials. No system is completely secure, and we do not claim a particular certification or guarantee.
Your choices & rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, obtain a copy of, restrict, or object to processing of certain information; withdraw consent where applicable; and appeal a request decision or complain to a regulator. Children, updates & contact
The store is intended for adults shopping for home goods and is not designed to collect information knowingly from children. If you believe a child has submitted personal information, contact support so the matter can be addressed. Material changes to this policy will be posted on this page.
